v3.6.1 -- Working Offline? proxy issue

Hi All,

Just installed v3.6.1. Having trouble connecting to the Internet through my company's proxy.
For example, the Starter Page displays a "Working Offline?" message at start up.
I have set the proxy via the Preferences dialog but to no avail. Any advice would be useful.

    Did you ever get this resolved? I am having the same issue. I've set the proxy settings the same as the IE settings (the company uses IE & cannot load Firefox).

    I've been unable to get the starter page to load or set up a new project using the ?WSDL address. FlashBuilder, however, can connect. I've reviewed all of the posts that I could see related to this problem but have not seen anything to resolve this issue.
