UI completely unresponsive in 3.5.1

Hi, I tried the Open Source Version today to give the app a try.

The UI is completely unresponsive. Menus don't respond, right clicks do nothing, and even the app refuses to close.
I tried both the WebStart and the download versions.

Did anyone actually test this before making it available for download?
