Mock response to test streaming video

I was wondering if SoapUI OpenSource can be used to test HTTP streaming video. The client would send a HTTP request with a Range, and the mock response would send a HTTP 206 and that portion of the video file requested by the client. Could this be done by scripting and does anybody have any sample script?
