2. SOAP UI Os with Visual studio?
3. SOAP UI Os with Selenium?
4. SOAP UI OS with Test Manager

Yes.
You can run SoapUI tests from TestComplete:

To run TestComplete tests from SoapUI, you can probably use a Groovy script to run TestComplete with the relevant command line arguments. Or if you have Ready! API, you can use the TestComplete TestStep.
