Actually we are doing POC for our project. 

So need to collect information whether it is possible to integrate SOAP UI with other tools

That is fine. There must be some criteria to be fulfilled as part of it, then say it is or it is not.
When you say Selenium - what do you expect be achieved?
Test Manager - what do you mean?
