Doing only one-way process i.e No Response

I have been trying to send my sample small XML file to one remote server using SOAP UI from very long days,till date am not able to achieve.Here I do not want any response from server(One-way). So could someone tell me How can I achieve this using SOAP UI and what are all configuration must be done on both client and server side,responses are greatly appreciated and thanks in advance
