After attaching the document, it still shows Type as UNKNOWN under Attachments.

Question

Hi,&nbsp; &nbsp; I have added documents, like text doc, pdf doc under Attachments table but the Type remains UNKNOWN. How to make it SWAREF (for a swaRef attachment) under SoapUI? I had made Enable MTOM and Force MTOM as true.&nbsp; &nbsp;  Under SoapEnvelope, i am referencing document like this:           Wsdl location: http://ihexds.nist.gov:9080/tf6/service ... toryb?wsdlComplete soap request you can find it out in Request.xml in the attachment.After making request, you can click the url to view your document: http://129.6.24.109:9080/Repository/90. ... 40.100.txtWhy does the Type remain same as UNKNOWN under Attachments after attaching txt or pdf or any other documents?Thanks &amp; regards!depeche

The wsdl does not state the MIME Parts. All the wsdl parts which are attachments should be stated as MIME parts so that the same are sent as MIME parts rather than literal. I think the type definition and binding should be modified as belowTypes Definition---Method binding---&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;
