After attaching the document, it still shows Type as UNKNOWN under Attachments.

The wsdl does not state the MIME Parts. All the wsdl parts which are attachments should be stated as MIME parts so that the same are sent as MIME parts rather than literal. I think the type definition and binding should be modified as below
