Upgraded and can no longer get to login screen.

I just updated the software to 9.9 and now when I go to the login screen I get 

500 - Internal server error.

There is a problem with the resource you are looking for, and it cannot be displayed.

Everything went good with the update, well so I thought until I got this.  Anyone have a clue why I am getting this?

    I am also getting the 500-internal server error message, although not on the log-in.  I get mine while trying to navigate to Reports or Dashboards.  Anyone else having that issue?
