Test Agent fails to run the test from QAComplete

Hi,



I have 30 day trial license for QAComplete SaaS version. I am trying to run TestComplete tests from QAComplete using test Agent. When ever I launch the test from Test Library, Test Agent successfully logs off from the host machine, but after that nothing happens.



Can someone please help me with this.

    Hi HD,



    There is an option in the Test Agent that when checked will allow you to use the Active session of the Host to run the test instead of logging off before running the test.       Is this issue resolved?

       

      I too have the same issue. I got 30 days trial license for QAComplete. I have installed and registered the test agent on the machine where TestComplete(11) is installed. If I try to run the test automation script from QAComplete, it never launhes the TestComplete.

      I tried both checking and unchedking the option <Use active session if the user is logged in> checkbox in TestAgent settings.
