Check lists

Which is the best way to set up resusable (even very easy) check-lists in AlmComplete?

Have I to use "Lists"? Or "Task" Managements?

For example, I could have to write down the list of tasks to ainstall a specific application on a  server, to be used for many servers, but only when needed.
