Can QA Complete support the generation of cucumber feature files for Visual Studio?

I am looking at ways of interfacing QA Complete to enable me to efficiently create Cucumber feature files / Step definition files. We currently use JIRA and have the link to SB QA Complete so the thinking is the Cucumber acceptance criteria (given, when, then) will drop into SB QA Complete and the tester can then create manual tests or cucumber feature files to be used with visual studio / selenium.

Currently a significant bit of cut and paste / rework goes on - I am also looking at JIRA options however it would be good if QA complete could remain the hub for both manual and automation work (creation, management and reporting) .

Note: We no longer use Test Complete
