[LoadUIWeb] Facing connection time out error 10060 .

This issue comes up usually for one of three reasons:

 

1. 
   the load is too high for the machine(s) that are running the load test


2. 
   the infrastructure cannot handle the load between the load generator(s) and the target server


3. 
   the server/app actually can’t handle this load

 

Firstly, if your project has tests that are less than 200 VUs, I wouldn’t expect that to max out your workstation or the server connection limits, but please make sure that your computer meets system requirements (minimum may not be enough for your test). Also, if you’re not already, can you try running LoadUIWeb with no other apps open that what is necessary for the test? What is the CPU use like in this case?

 

Secondly, are you using a web proxy, corporate gateway, VPN, or firewall between the machine(s) where you’re are conducting the test (the controller workstation and your remote agents) and the target server. There are a few articles online (about multiple products, not just LoadUIWeb) which seem to indicate that other network components (and their own timeout or maximum connection limits) might have something to do with your issue:

If the results of a slowly ramped up test show increasing degradation at a certain point in the test without showing any “connection timeout” issues in the log afterwards, this points to your server getting overloaded.

We are also facing the similar issue with "10060: Connection time out" , "Virtual user not simulated". I tried adjusting "Send" timeout and "Receive" timeout but keep getting the same error. APPRECIATE YOUR HELP!
