CucumberStudio Jira plugin no longer working?

Was seeing a "We're having trouble connecting to CucumberStudio scenarios. Try contacting the developer for support" error in Jira Cloud. Tried uninstalling the app, now I'm seeing a "Unfortunately, we’re facing a technical issue with the partner. You can contact the partner to know more about the issue." error when reinstalling.

Multiple emails to support have gone ignored. Anyone else seeing this error?

    We are also in the same boat here. The addon just stopped working last week.

    The same for us. It could be related to Cucumberstudio's domain name change at the End of March 2025. I've just created a support ticket at SmartBear.

    Our team is already aware of this issue and is currently working on a fix. While there’s no estimated time of resolution just yet, we want to make sure you're not blocked in the meantime.

    As a temporary solution, we recommend using the following workaround:

    Uninstall the CucumberStudio plugin from your Jira instance. (Apps > Manage Apps > CucumberStudio plugin for JIRA > Click "Uninstall")
    Refresh the page.
    Click "Upload app" and use this link to reinstall: https://studio.cucumberstudio.com/atlassian-jira-connect.json

    We have tested this solution, and it should not affect any existing links between test scenarios and Jira issues.

    Please let us know if you need any assistance with this process. We truly appreciate your patience as we work toward a fix.

    Sorry that you are all facing an issue with the CucumberStudio plugin for Jira. 

    We can confirm that the workaround provided by our Customer Care team in the thread by steverhodes​ will work. 

    We submitted an updated plugin to Atlassian ealier this month and are awaiting their approval.
