Is it possible to have a review completed if certain selected participants approve it?

Hi,

 

In Code Collaborator, is it possible to define a criteria for a review that if selected participants approve the review, the review can be sent to completed and closed, instead of all participants having to approve the review? We have cases where a review must include a group of say 10 participants, but the criteria for closing the review would be the approval of some selected participants only, say 4 out of the 10 participants.

    This depends on the "Role configuration" settings. You can specify the "Min # required to finish review:" option on the "Admin | Roles" page:

    In case your workflow requires the approvals from the certain participants only, you can create a new role configuration as below:

     

     

    As a result, the participants with the "observer" role can approve the changes and the author can move this case to the completed phase:
