I'm unable to upload multiple files (only single files) to a review via a VPN,is this a known issue?

When any of our users are connected via a VPN they are unable to upload multiple files to a code review in collaborator, it works fine for all users who are not connecting via the VPN.

 

We have just recently changed  to a new VPN and this issue wasnt present with the old VPN, I have attached the error message and collaborator log to this post.

 

Any help would be great

    As far as I can see, you have already submitted a support ticket with the same issue. We will working on it in the submitted ticket.
