Please provide more details about how can I use the -m flag of the Collaborator Client setup executable .
For example:
ccollab_client_11_4_11402_windows_x64.exe -m ... what parameters must be provided

There doesn't seem to be a -m flag but rather a -manual flag.
The -manual flag will give you the option to choose the Java version you would like to use for the application.
You should see a window like the one on the screenshot.

I see the window like the one in the screenshot. And then what shall I do?

You will need to click on the "Locate" button and find the java version you would like to use.
For version 11.3 the mininum version shuld be Java 8 or 1.8. You can find the compatibility matrix here, https://support.smartbear.com/collaborator/docs/reference/java-compatibility.html
