There doesn't seem to be a -m flag but rather a -manual flag.
The -manual flag will give you the option to choose the Java version you would like to use for the application.
You should see a window like the one on the screenshot.

Hi,
If I run the command below:
ccollab_client_11_3_11301_windows.exe -manual
I see the window like the one in the screenshot. And then what shall I do?

Hi,
You will need to click on the "Locate" button and find the java version you would like to use.
For version 11.3 the mininum version shuld be Java 8 or 1.8. You can find the compatibility matrix here, https://support.smartbear.com/collaborator/docs/reference/java-compatibility.html
