How to reset collaborator(community) server?

Hi guys,

 

I have been playing around Collaborator Community and testing different functions of it by creating multiple reviews. So now my team will official start using Collaborator Community to manage our project reviews.

 

How do I clear the history in my server? there are many reviews completed or canceled still on the server and any new review created has a big index number. I haven't found a convenient way to reset the server and reinstall always request for an account, help guys.

    Hi,

     

    Unfortunately, it's not possible to clear the data. You can 'Cancel', 'Reject' reviews which are in inspection phase, or delete reviews which are in 'Planning' phase. If some reviews are 'Completed' you have to 'Reopen' them, then 'Cancel'.
