Collaborator web cannot open docx/doc online

Hi,guys

  

      My collaborator is the latest version of 11.3. PDF/XLSX/JPG can be opened normally, but docx and doc cannot be opened. Always in the loading.What's the problem?

    Hi jerry2018,

     

    Make sure that you don't have the ".doc", ".docx" file types aren't added to the "Binary file types" list on the "Admin->System->File Types" page. If you have them there, remove, and check whether the issue persists.
