[CodeReviewer] Migration from licensed server(pro ?) to Free

Hello,

Now I have CodeReviewer 8.0.8003 with 5 fixed licenses. Database is MYSQL. I want to go to CodeReview 8.2.8201 (FREE). Using Server Backup Dump Can I Move a new instance? When I change in file "installation-directory/tomcat/conf/Catalina/localhost/ROOT.xml" parameter "<Parameter name = "database-migration-data-path" nothing happens. The server is initialized, but the base is empty.
