[CodeReviewer] "A Observer"

Not a bug, just wondering if it'd be possible to use "an" in the notification e-mails CodeCollaborator generates that start out "You are a Observer for new Review #....."

    HI, 



    You can configure the "Notification Templates" by following the next steps:

    1- Log in as an admin.

    2- Go to admin tab then "Notification Templates".

    3- From the drop down menu select "User Annotating". Then change "You are a..." to "You are an..." 



    Note: You can configure each role "title" from "Roles" as well.
