Are the eclipse plugin archive links correct on the Code Collaborator installer archive page?

Many of the newer builds for Code Collaborator present in the link to older downloads at https://support.smartbear.com/downloads/collaborator/installers-oldversions/ seem to be stuck at 8_4_8406_001 for the archived eclipse plugin update site zip file. I can download newer versions by guessing at the link name, but it was confusing to present the same file for all the builds post v8.4 build 8406. Is that older link presented by design or is that a mistake?
