Test execution progress by release
I would like to report the overall test execution progress of a release without breaking the results by cycles. I've used the Test Execution Progress report, but this doesn't show the overall results of the release, but breaks the results on the cycle level. The Test Execution report doesn't work either, because it forces you to select how the report is grouped by (cycle, component, user, folder) It seems crazy, if Zephyr doesn't have a basic report like this available. I'm using the cloud version.
Need a dashboard widget that shows Test step status's
Need a dashboard widget that shows Test step status's. Zephyr Scale has a widget called Test Execution Results that shows the individual steps added to an test issue. We want to be able to report on this information and include it in our dashboards. Can this widget be added to Zephyr Squad?
What would cause a Jira JQL, that uses ZQL, to run extremely slow?
Greetings community. I'm Jeramy and I'm the Atlassian Administrator for a software company that makes logistics software. Lately, we've noticed a huge performance issue when running Jira JQL's that contain ZQL code inside of them. We are running Jira in Azure, with multi-node configuration, and on the latest hardware (each VM has 32 GB of ram and a new Intel processor). We are on Zephyr Squad version:9.3.0.93009768. When I tested a JQL search, it took almost two minutes to return the results. However, if I take out the ZQL part, it takes seconds to retrieve the data. What else can I post here that might help? Thanks!
Zephyr Squad / Zephyr Scale
we have a 25-30 QA member team and we have following requirements to fulfill. Could you please advice for which jira management tool (Zephyr Squad / Zephyr Scale )that we should go for => Manage test cases ( write/execute/reuse) => Need to get the execution summary report => Specially we need to know the no of time the test case was reopened and closed.Zephyr plugin unaccessible, barely able to work with the executions, creation, editing test cases
Starting from yesterday (8 Aug) there is almost impossible to work with the Zephyr plugin in the Jira Cloud. Yesterday I was able to open executions and test cases, but only after waiting minutes to load a page. The situation is even worse today, the test cycles, executions, and test cases even do not load. Just an endless spinner after trying to open the executions. And I see that I am not the only one who has such a problem according to the questions in this community. Tried on different browsers and my co-workers have the same problem, please fix this ASAP
Linking Jira requirements to Test cases in Zephyr Squad
Hi Team, My organisation implemented Zephyr Squad for Testing. I am struggling to link Jira requirements to test cases in Zephyr Squad though I found out Traceability Matrix (Forward / backward) option available. My objective is to link existing test cases in Zephyr Squad to Jira requirements and would like to add the test summary back in Jiran dashboard. Hi, I have an automation suite which is hosted in Gitlab. I have schedules and they are running periodically. I wanted to have them in our test management system which is Zephyr Squad Cloud. In the documentation, I have seen that Junit format is supported and Cypress has capability to generate Junit report. But I am having problems with uploading some reports if they contain failure and if their name has some special chars like (underscore _, which is not listed under banned chars for JQL restrictions) I am wondering if any of you have such an integration.
