Zephyr Squad / Zephyr Scale

we have a 25-30 QA member team and we have following requirements to fulfill. Could you please advice for which jira management
tool (Zephyr Squad / Zephyr Scale )that we should go for

=> Manage test cases ( write/execute/reuse)
=> Need to get the execution summary report
=> Specially we need to know the no of time the test case was reopened and closed.
