A new type of user - Admin (non-license)
Introduce a new user for customers: Super-Power User (God-Like user / IT Manager User) -> Whatever you want to call it. The user will not have an affect on licenses, but is the "Super-power" user for all Zephyr related work. The user will be for the entry point and administration of all things Zephyr without requiring a license to enter the system. The user will have two uses: The owner of the on-prem/off-prem install setup and IT manager for the Zephyr integration. The owner of the team of individuals that will use / create / update / execute and testing efforts - so they can enter the system to fix / update / bump (users that forgot to sign off) -again.. without having to wait for a license to open / be available for use to access the system to accomplish the fixes / updates Etc. necessary to keep the team moving smoothly, without affecting the current speed of work.. this user can be an excellent selling point for the individuals that see the necessity of this user and still not have to purchase yet another user / bundle to accommodate for that.
