Urgent!!! Zephyr squad plugin export tests having wrong serial.
Hi, We are using Zephyr plugin5.5.3.55308577. When exporting the tests, it has wrong serial. As in the picture, the project should be the same as Lenovo Smart Southern Campus, but the versions are also in it. We have exported 1159 tests. Please help to check on this and reply as soon as possible. Thank you so much.
Migration from Zephyr Squad to Scale
Dear community, we are currently investigating all possible ways to migrate our testcases (including attachments / screenshots of test-steps / related cycles and other artefacts) from Zephyr Squad to Zephyr Scale, with the least manual involvement. We are talking about 1200 test cases. We only want to use one test-management addon in the future. We currently have both addons running on the same Jira Data Center instance. So what are the possibilities? Anybody had the same scenario at hand and came up with a solution? Hi All, We recently came across this problem post successful migration from Jira server to Jira cloud with Zephyr App data. While following documentation for app data migration there is one step mentioned that you need to clear server cache from Zephyr configuration and perform Metadata reindex and Execution reindex. Metadata reindex works fine for migrated project while Execution Execution failing with below error: errorType":"ERROR","clientMessage":"We encountered some problems during processing this request. Please try again!","errorCode":111}" We have spent hours to figure out the issue and finally after comparing the project already exists which we can successful Execution reindex, cross verified the permission schemes for both project and identified the differences missing the addon role in migrated project, just add the role to permissions Administer project ,edit issues, browse permissions and solved the problem. Hope this will help those who struggle on last step during migration journey from server to cloud! If you still face issues let me know will try to help!
how to upload the file into the attachment of my cycle with rest API

Test Cases with Multiple Issue Links
We have the need to import test cases that have links to more than one story in the project. I have tried using ',' to separate the key values, I keep getting an error on the second issue key. Test Case 1 relates to both Story-1 and Story-2 (below is what I want it to look like, but had to do manually after importing the test case). Can this be done via the importer? If so, what is the format to be used on the spreadsheet?What will happen when Zephyr Squad license expires?
Hi, we are usingZephyr Squad - Test Management for Jira,for Jira Cloud, Jira Server 8.0.0 - 8.20.2, Jira Data Center 8.0.0 - 8.20.2. License details: 10000-user commercial license, Standard, expires 10/Jan/22 License SEN: SEN-11016285 We want to ask if we could still use this plugin when it expires? We checked that commercial license allows us to continue to use the plugin but won't get support and free update. Please help to confirm the issue. Any other information, please feel free to ask. Delete Test Cycles or folders within not working
Hi everybody, I use Zephyr Squad Data Center and I am currently facing an issue that deleting test cycles or folders within seems to be not working. There is no difference whether the cycle or folder contains test executions or not. Even as Administrator with all permissions all I can see is the following: The delete job never gets finished. Do you have any idea how to solve that or which setting I might have missed?
