Is it possible to export the test execution summary in the doc format and ODF format, without adding any add-ons? If it possible only by add-ons, then can you please suggest to me the most suitable add-ons for this scenario

Removal of the unwanted columns from the test execution report from Zephyr
I tried to export a CSV and HTML Test Execution report from Zephyr. Is it possible to customize this report? I need to remove some unwanted columns from the report. Please find the screenshots below (which are the column headers of the exported report)

Is it possible to add the screenshot captured in the TestComplete to Zephyr, after the integration is done? Note: I am looking forward to adding the screenshot to the zephyr from TestComplete, incase if the test execution is successful.

Step level status update in the exported reports from Zephyr after integrating with TestComplete
I integrated TestComplete with the Zephyr tool. Then linked a test case written Zephyr to TestComplete. Once the TestComplete TestSuite execution is done, test status is updated in Zephyr for the linked Test Case. When generating the test summary report to HTML or CSV file, step result status for each step is showing as "UNEXECUTED". Is there any additional mapping I need to do for this stepwise status updation? Screenshot attached shows how I linked the Zephyr test case to TestComplete
