Re: in test complet 14, the object browswer is not showing details for internet explorer page
Hello, What do you see in the Object Browser exactly? Can you send a screenshot? Do you see any elements under the IE process? As I understand you can see the Page elements there. Are there any other elements? How is theIE process displayed in the Object Browser tree? Do you see it as Process("iexplorer") or asBrowser("iexplorer")?418Views2likes0CommentsRe: Loop/iterate over dictionary
Hi, I am not familiar with Dictionary, but I found one example: //JScript function ItemsDemo() { var a, d, i, s; // Create some variables. d = new ActiveXObject("Scripting.Dictionary"); d.Add ("a", "Athens"); // Add some keys and items. d.Add ("b", "Belgrade"); d.Add ("c", "Cairo"); a = (new VBArray(d.Items())).toArray(); // Get the items. s = ""; for (i in a) // Iterate the dictionary. { s += a[i] + "<br>"; } return(s); // Return the results. } It appears that in your code the part to create an array with the needed items is missing. I've tried to modify your code and here is what I've got: function DictTest() { var dict, ar, typeIs, i dict = new ActiveXObject("Scripting.Dictionary"); dict.add("a", 1); dict.add("b","2"); dict.add("c","3"); ar = (new VBArray(dict.Items())).toArray() for(i in ar) { Log.Message("inside for loop"); Log.Message("the keys are "+ar[i]); var typeIs = typeof ar[i]; Log.Message("the type of keys is "+ typeIs) } } It looks pretty fine on playback and you can find the results in the screenshot below: Does it help? shejuti, for TreeView controls, if you click on an item that begins at the root of the tree level, you need to place the " | " character at the beginning of the item tree path. An article that explains this is the following one:https://support.smartbear.com/testcomplete/docs/reference/test-objects/members/tree-view/clickitem-action-treeview-control.html. Let's try something like this: Aliases.CRS_Client.wndPatientClinicalRecordForm.PatientPageControl.TElTabSheet.PatientHistoryFrame.pnlLeft.pnlSummaryViews.xppSummaryViews.ElPageControlSummary.tabProblems.EltreeProblems.TElTreeView.ClickItem("|Pain;ankle", 0); Thanks.3.7KViews2likes5Comments
