Remove your hasplms service using hasplms.exe -r -kp. (More instructions are available in smartbear documentation) NEXT MUST STEP: DELETE THE FOLDER "Aladdin Shared" from C:\Program files\Common Files Then install the service using hasplms.exe -i (More instructions are available in smartbear documentation) Now install TestComplete. This may again stop the hasplms service. Check Services to see if it is running or not. If it is not running, Do the above steps to remove and re-install the service.
