TestComplete Unable to identify Exact Row Count from a Web Table
Hi , My application has 410 rows in a webtable. Attached screenshot.Application Table.JPG However TestComplete is only able to identify 50 rows using RowCount property, and due to this incorrect row return, I am unable to proceed further to automate my desired functionality. Hello Users, I have one query here and stuck in one of the places: I have DATE column with value as 10-JAN-2020,(i.e. Date-Month-Year) format.I have already stored this value in a variable I need to convert this STRING to Date FORMAT , ADD 5 Calendar Days to it and convert back this Date to String and Print the NEW OBTAINED DATE. i.E. as per screenshot, below are the steps needed : Step 1 : Already completed from my side. FETCHED PAYPERIOD ENDDATE Column Value .i.e. 10-JAN-2020, and stored it in a variable name as X. Step 2 : Convert this String variable obtained in Step 1 to DATE FORMAT format. Step 3 : Add 5 CALENDAR days to this date, i.e. (10-JAN-2020)+ 5 DAYS = 15-JAN-2020 Print this value : 15-JAN-2020 in the console bar. Can someone please share the logic for this code. Hello House, I have a change password web page, In this Create Your Password page, there is password field and an "i" icon is present next to the Password creation rules. When I Click "info icon" , correct password requirements are displayed. Attached is the screenshot. Could someone please share the code on how to get the text of password rules inside this i information icon, as soon as the user mouse hover over "i" icon of Password creation rules and print them in the log. My application has 2 buttons: 1. Validate 2. Post Step 1 : .Initially user clicks on Validate button, and it takes around 2-5 seconds for this operation to complete. This is why I need to put some Implicit wait after clicking on Validate button , similar to selenium. 2. Later once this validation is completed, my Post button is enabled immediately. Note : Page is not refreshed anywhere in this entire process, It is just like after first button is validated, second button gets enabled. Hi All, Could someone please let me know the command to introduce a delay of 15 seconds between 2 test steps in Testcomplete using Script mode. Like in selenium, we have Thread.sleep(1000), which pauses execution for 10 milliseconds and then runs next step. Similarly , I am looking for a wait command in Testcomplete using JScript Mode in Page with specified delay of 10-20 seconds before jumping onto next command. Please revert.
