Re: Android application is treated by TestComplete as uninstrumented for Android 10 virtual device
Maybe the problem is in the TestComplete version. I see such warning when installing the TestComplete Android Agent on the virtual device. So, the TestComplete Android Agent supplied by the TestComplete 14.20 was not built for Android 10. Then what version of the TestComplete is needed for correct working with Android 10 devices?1.5KViews0likes2CommentsAndroid application is treated by TestComplete as uninstrumented for Android 10 virtual device
Hello! I'd like to test an Android application byTestComplete 14.20.2175.7 using theAndroid Emulator with Android 10 (API 29).The TestComplete Android Agent has been installed. The application has been instrumented. But when testing the TestComplete cannot find UI objects (such as Buttons, TextFields, etc.), i.e. it treats the application as uninstrumented. The same application is tested successfully by TestComplete with older Android versions. Does it mean thatAndroid 10 is not supported byTestComplete 14.20.2175.7? Thanks in advance.Solved1.5KViews0likes5CommentsThe adb.exe process crashed
Hello! My adb.exe process crashes when I try to connect to the Android emulator (Android Stusio 3.4.1) from TestComplete (Version: 12.60.5545.7 x64). If I use "Show mobile Screen" button to connect to the emulator device, I see "Unable to connect to the device with ID" message. The mobile troubleshooter shows in the connection status: "Failed: Unable to connect to the device with ID..." mkdir /data/local/tmp/TestComplete was failed.mkdir /data/local/tmp/TestComplete File exists.1.5KViews0likes1CommentRe: Error while using NetworkSuite.GetRemoteOLEObject
Hi, I want to start Windows command prompt on the remote machine. I use "WScript.shell" as a name of the OLEObject. Actually, i didn't want to start TestComplete project on the remote VM. I thought that with this method it would be easier. I didn't want to create an additional TestComplete project only for executing Sys.OleObject(). But it looks like I should do this.1.2KViews0likes1CommentError while using NetworkSuite.GetRemoteOLEObject
Hello everybody! I'd like to useNetworkSuite.GetRemoteOLEObject to start windows application on the remote VM. Address, Domain, Username and Password are correct, I can login to this VM with these credentials. The TestComplete service is running on the remote VM. When I start this function from the test script, I receive "Failed to establish an RDP connection with a remote computer". Where can be a problem? What should I configure on the remote or/and on the host machines? Thanks in advance. "1.2KViews0likes3Comments
