Unable to obtain item's rectangle
I am using a keyword test and I'm getting the following error "unable to obtain item's rectangle" And it shows the following information. Does anyone know how to resolve this: An issue has occurred. I have a .csv file for a data loop with some leading zeros. The numbers are formatted as text but still Test Complete is dropping the leading zero. I tried formatting it in Excel and in the file directly but each time TestComplete drops the leading zero. How can I fix this?1.2KViews0likes1Commentstart test complete in the 32 bit version
I can't make a data loop with excel because it tells me that I need the 64 bit dll and my MS Office is 32 but and I can't upgrade. It recommends that I try test complete in 32 bit. Do I have to completely uninstall and reinstall to make this work?Solved3.3KViews0likes3Comments
