What worked for me is starting TestComplete and IntelliJ in administrator mode. It took some a while to figure that out, both applications need to be started as administrator. Then run the testrunner class. That way you can investigate if that is indeed the problem. Although this message is from a long while back, i ran into the same problem this week. A solution that works for me is to open both the command prompt and testcomplete in Administrator mode and then run the lettuce command: 1 feature (1 passed) 2 scenarios (2 passed) 8 steps (8 passed) So it looks like an authorisation issue. The next problem i encountered was my dutch version of Windows, where Notepad is called Kladblok and the Don't save button was not found (because it's called Niet opslaan).
