Has anyone encountered license being deactivated automatically or being corrupted? I have two licensed users, both activated successfully on one server. The next day, the other user is being deactivated or it may have been corrupted. This is the second time this has happened. I followed the procedure to activate offline headless activation for a previous user and it worked. I've tried the same procedure with a new user and below is the result. There is no license for the user despite the license manager confirming license was installed successfully! I lodge a support ticket and somehow my ticket got lost from US to Russia. Nobody has contacted me again. This is really unacceptable having invested on quite a number of soapui pro tests/projects and we cannot run them on actual environment.
