Separate servers for license server and VirtServer
Hi all, we have separate Network zones for configuration and Service processing. We want to run the VirtServer and License Server (for Ready!API) on separate Servers in separate Network zones. Is it possible to run the License Server on a separate Server? Does the license Server communicate with the VirtServer? Dear Shadid, I've Setup the config file as you suggested. However running the Virt on the remote Server Fails with error: Unable to start Virt REST Virt 1: {"error":"com.smartbear.servicev.core.model.SvpException: keystore for ssl is not configured"} Do you have any idea? I've already double checked the keytore's location and Password Regards Dominik8 years agoPlace ReadyAPI QuestionsReadyAPI Questions6.4KViews0likes4CommentsLADP Integration in VirtServer
Within our enterprise (>3000 employees) we have a LDAP holding all user accounts. To provideSingle Sign On features (one account for all) we want to integrate LDAP into the VirtServer. In this way the user (developer) can use his usualcredentials for logging into VirtServer from within Ready!API Desktop.929Views0likes0Comments- 8 years agoPlace ReadyAPI QuestionsReadyAPI Questions3KViews0likes0Comments
How to integrate LADP into VirtServer?
Hi all, I have a VirtServer running on Linux. I wan't to provide a good user experience so that developers can use their existing credentials (stored in LDAP) to connecto to VirtServer. Following the VirtServer documentation users must be created one by one manually. Is there a way to integrate LDAP into VirtServer so that developers can use their existing user accounts? Hi all, I configure Virts on Windows using R!A. I deploy the Virt on the VirtServer running on Linux. The Virts receive request over https. I managed to set the keystore on my local Virt. But after deploying it on the VirtServer the keystore won't be found. How can I define different keystore locations for local and remote Virts?
