option to expand/collapse all rows in detail report
Please consider providing an option to expand and collapse all rows with one click in the detail report. Currently, the option exists to expand and collapse individual rows only.

Blackout Monitoring Locations
We would like the option to pause monitoring (blackout) for specific locations to accommodate location based maintenance events or problems. Please advise if this is already an option or workarounds. Thank You.

SLA Summary Reports - ability to schedule on a recurring annual/quarterly frequency
Please consider allowing the SLA summary reports to be scheduled on a recurring quarterly/annual frequency. Currently, the SLA Summary Report for last quarter and last year allows a user to schedule for one time execution only (run frequency of once). Thank you.

Not sure if this falls into the same category, but in my opinion, the ability to report admin/user activity (device or account modifications/deletions/additions) would be beneficial for auditing and evidence of control purposes.

Improve traceroute captures/details
Please consider offering the ability to both notify on and log traceroute details when a potential network error occurs vs. log only or notify. In addition, please offer traceroute details for additional status codes, such as status codes in the 80 range.
