JDBC Request returning " Error getting response; null" but only with select *
For some reason when I put select * in my jdbc request i get "Error getting response; null" but only with select *. If I put an selection of fields to select the result is given. I've checked but can't find a delimiter anywhere? In groovy I have no problem to run select * on the table6 years agoPlace ReadyAPI QuestionsReadyAPI Questions1KViews0likes1CommentGetting a 406 - Unable to resolve Accept header to a representation on Rest request

I have an excel file that already contains data. I would like to add data to the file, so I use datasink. But the problem is with the datasink that he deletes the existing data in the excel file. Can this be bypassed?Solved7 years agoPlace ReadyAPI QuestionsReadyAPI Questions2.6KViews1like2CommentsRe: Can you refer in groovy to the last executed teststep?
I have a testcase with 2 teststeps. First teststep is a SOAP requests that gives an XML response. Second teststep is groovy script that will save the XML response. Groovy script: def date = new Date() def dts = date.format("yyyy-MM-dd-HH-mm-ss") //Write Request to XML File def myXmlRequest = "C:/Data/Request"+dts+".xml" def request = context.expand('${SOAP Request}') def req = new File(myXmlRequest) req.write(request, "UTF-8") Is there anyway that you can say in groovy just save the result for the last executed teststep instead of now usingcontext.expand('${SOAP Request}')7 years agoPlace ReadyAPI QuestionsReadyAPI Questions1.1KViews0likes1CommentCan you refer in groovy to the last executed teststep?
Is it possible to just refer to the last executed teststep in groovy script? Now I save the response of an jdbc request by calling it by naming in groovy script. But I want my script just to save the result of the last executed test step.7 years agoPlace ReadyAPI QuestionsReadyAPI Questions1.1KViews0likes3CommentsSet environment in project custom property with command line
We have aparameter that is inputted in the command line for testrunner. We want to use this for our endpoint and also need it in our assertions. Is there a way to say in the command line which custom project property he needs to fill in. Also how do you fill in the custom property in the endpoint window? Because you can't use Get Data there.7 years agoPlace ReadyAPI QuestionsReadyAPI Questions870Views0likes1CommentRe: Looking for extra json elements in response payload
For example this is an response payload of a PUT. So if there is an extra element then these two, test should fail. { "ExternalReference": "Testing6", "ErrorLog": [] }7 years agoPlace ReadyAPI QuestionsReadyAPI Questions1.6KViews0likes2CommentsLooking for extra json elements in response payload
Hi everyone, I'm looking for a way to check if there are no extra elements in my response payload. I do an JSON existing match on all the elements, but also need to check if no extra element is added in the response payload. How can I do this? Hey, I need to compare an response from an GET rest API (JSON) to data in mongodb. I connected my mongodb with groovy in my soapui: import com.gmongo.GMongo import com.mongodb.MongoClient import com.mongodb.MongoCredential as MC import com.mongodb.ServerAddress def mongoClient = new MongoClient( new ServerAddress('MyDataBase:27017') ) def mongo = new GMongo( mongoClient ) def db = mongo.getDB('PADOC') // attr uit GET halen def response = context.expand( '${GET 1 Project#Response#$.PROJECT.UUID}' ) //Request weghalen db.V1Project.findOne('content.PROJECT.UUID': response) So I see the outcome in the log but how can I compare it with my response?
