Re: Create/Edit/Destroy Blackout Periods via API
Hello fhare, I think I understand what you are looking to do, and we do have customers that use the API in a similar fashion. You can include calls to disable and then enable your monitors directly, instead of creating a blackout and then removing the same. You can find more about the capabilities of our API (both XML and JSON versions) athttp://doc.alertsite.com/api/alertsite-apis.htm. Best, Trevor5.5KViews0likes0CommentsRe: Option for "Last 30 Days"
I think this would be handy as well. I regularly find myself looking to gathera month's worth of data mid-month. The options at that point are use the previous calendar month (2 week old data), use the current calendar month (half of the data), or to manually choose dates. Unlocking a 30 day timeframe as well as choosing the scheduling interval instead of locking it to the report timeframe would both be timesavers.5.1KViews0likes0CommentsRe: Change Node Locations Across All Monitors
While this can only be done in the platform at the account default level (once you manually change the location in a monitor from the default you can no longer do it in bulk for that monitor), the new JSON REST API does have the capability to change locations programmatically.5.7KViews0likes0CommentsRe: notification templates are not consitent - they don't work from insite
I believe there is support within our latest Private Node (VM) options for custom templates, but you are correct in it not currently being available for our physical InSite appliances. The team is working on a new version for InSite that will bridge the gap in that and a couple other areas. I will keep you informed as more information is available.3KViews0likes0CommentsRe: Adding Actions to DejaClick Script

Having an exportable report to show monitor details (interval, # locations, type, time uploaded and by who, last modified, etc.) would giveaccount admins a more consolidated view of their deployment. Currently a version of this is available in 1.0 using the configure screens, but additional information is still found only within certain screens. The ability to see what was modified and by what userover the last week for example could be very useful.1.3KViews0likes0CommentsDownload monitor search for DejaClick
Currently when downloading a transaction from an account via DejaClick for local use, it can be hard to find a transaction depending on the naming convention used in a long list of monitor names. Adding a search option to find a specific monitor would help speed up re-recording and troubleshooting scripts.1.8KViews1like0CommentsRe: Edit HTML Templates & Time of Error variable
A past update now allowsfor the editing of HMTL templates. You can also assign specific templates for use during notifier group configuration, allowing much more flexibility of the information relayed to specific team members.6.4KViews0likes0Comments
