Re: Collaborator Jira Setup: Cannot connect to Collaborator/Fisheye from Jira Plugin
We are using Jira 6.4, build # 64014. I removed our existing "Review ID" field we created originally and re-installed the plugin. I do not see the review fields in the "Field Configuration" or "Custom Fields" admin pages, nor do I see them when creating a new issue. I imagine they would appear after I successfully connect to Collaborator and finish setting up the plugin? I am still stuck on testing the connections to Collaborator and Fisheye and saving my input on this screen.3.5KViews0likes0CommentsRe: Collaborator Jira Setup: Cannot connect to Collaborator/Fisheye from Jira Plugin
I've downloaded version 2.1.0 of the plugin and I do see the Test Connection buttons now, but when I click on them, or click Save, the fields clear out immediately and nothing else happens. I can't seem to save or test my settings. I also do not see any trace of the newReview fields that should appear under the Field Configuration on the Jira Issues admin screen.3.5KViews0likes3CommentsCollaborator Jira Setup: Cannot connect to Collaborator/Fisheye from Jira Plugin
I am trying to set up the Collaborator Jira Integration between Collaborator 9.3.9300 and Jira. I'm at the step in which the Collaborator plugin is installed in Jira, and after going to Jira Projects, I need to enter in the Collaborator and Fisheye information. The instructions show two buttons to "Test Collaborator Connection" and "Test Fisheye Connection." For some reason, I do not have those buttons in my layout. I do have the fields to enter in the Collaborator URL and username and passwords, as well as the Save button. However, when filling in the fields and pressing "Save," the fields immediately clear out and does not appear to be saved. Also, in the next step on the Jira Issues screen, I do not see two of the Review fields. I only see Review ID (but that was a field that we created manually before). I'm not sure how to proceed if I am unable to verify that I am connected to Collaborator and Fisheye successfully. See attached screenshot.3.6KViews0likes5CommentsRe: New Jira plugin in v9.2 - custom field autopopulation, pull requests?
Since it is a plug-in, is it applicable to version 9.0 of Collaborator as well, or does it only work with 9.2? Would I be able to install it on my instance of Jira and begin using with Collaborator 9.0.9000?4KViews0likes2CommentsNew Jira plugin in v9.2 - custom field autopopulation, pull requests?
Does the plugin have a way to handle custom field autopopulation? - We have custom fields in both Jira and Collaborator. Will creating a Collaborator review from Jira populate custom Collaborator fields and vice versa? Does the plugin support associating pull requests (Atlassian Stash) from multiple repos in one Collaborator review?4.1KViews0likes5CommentsHow do you set the value of a custom field in Collaborator using JSON?
The default custom field Overview, is in use, and we added three dropdowns to the Review Custom Fields in Collaborator. I am able to use JSON to set a value for the Overview text field, but cannot do the same with the dropdowns. I'm using the customFields parameter and setting a name and value for each field. Are dropdowns treated differently than text fields in JSON/Collaborator?Solved2.2KViews0likes1Comment
