Re: Is it possible to see the parameters used for each VU user.
Hello there! I seem to have the same problem. To be more specific, I am trying to run with LC 2.1 a login test into a SilverLight 4.0 application. I have created a scenario and I have set a parameter drawn from an Excel file in the user value. When I right-click the scenario to verify it, I can see that the value is drawn successfully out of the .xlsx file through the Request body. When I run the test with multiple virtual users, LC 2.1 doesn't create any Body for the Requests, it just returns the Headers and thus I can't see if the parameterisation of the test is actually working! Hello there, I am using FindChild and Find methods in most of my scripts in the project I am currently working on and I want to know if there is a way to set in the PropValues array a condition under the OR operand. Since I know Find* methods of TC are working only in the AND philosophy. For example, a script I am using is looking for an OKbutton in the whole page andsearches like this: var PropArray = new Array ("SlFullClassName", "SlObjectName"); PropArray = Array ("SlFullClassName", "SlObjectName"); var ValuesArray = new Array ("System.Windows.Controls.Button", "OKButton"); var Item = Parent.FindChild(PropArray, ValuesArray, 100); The application I am testing has different implementations of the OK button. Hence I would like to include these different implentations in a single FindChild statement, in order not to call FindChild many times in a script and increase its execution time. I would like to search the objects that are Buttons and their "SlObjectName" property has the value OKButton OR btnOK. Is there any way to include this OR conditions into a single FindChild statement? I am new in the forum and I don't know whether the question I am raisin herehas been answered before.21KViews0likes1CommentRe: Silverlight name mapping issue
Unfortunately, I can't provide you access to the application. The project is xtra-large (above 400 MB), but the problem is that the object-spy doesn't map any names. I am not talking about a problem in replaying the tests, I am talking about a general issue I am facing with TC against this certain application. Imagine that you have just opened TC and you are investigating the objects' hierarchy of the application. You will then notice that below a certain level, there is no mapping at all. It's a general issue with this app. I have Extended object tree option enabled in this project.963Views0likes0CommentsRe: Silverlight name mapping issue
Hello there, I am using TC 8.7 to automate the test of a SL 4.0 web application and I have the exact same problem. Using object spy, I have noticed that TC loses name mapping from a certain level of the object tree and below. This is extremely annoying, especially when I replay my recorded tests that crash and afterwards I see that there is no mapped name for the objects on the page.963Views0likes0Comments
