Connected Application sample tests : How to handle 'DLL not found exceptions'
Hi All, I am unable to execute the sample application ( C:\Program Files\Automated QA\TestComplete 6\Samples\Connected Applications\AddName\C#\AddName.sln) in VS2005. I am getting the below error for the line ( wObj1 = CreateWrapper(MyClass1); ) when i debug. Unable to load DLL 'tcClrHook.dll': The specified module could not be found. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x8007007E) And please let me know what are the pre-config in TtestComplete before executing the AddName Application. Hi Allen , Thanks for your reply. we are trying testcomplete scripts get executed from a C# project and we are tyirng to identify the way to integreate TC scripts with automation framework. Hello Alex, Here are my questions. 1. Can TestComplete scripts be compiled into a library (.dll) to be invoked directly in a standard C# application (.exe)? 2. Thank Alex for your reply. Yes I have seen the help for Testing Webservices in Test Complete. I am trying to create a host for webservice that is able to talk to my script in TestComplete. Since I need to integrate my testcomplete scripts with Windows Workflow (WWF)( Automation Framework I am using) . For that I need to develop a script. Do you have any solutions to this.
