List all erring URLs
Hello, The text below is from my post in the Alertsite forum which describes what I am looking for. Thank you. Joe Ledva My question is, is there a way to list all URLs with errors from all data points of a performance report. Now let me explain I created a device named siteA which is a script that hits 3 URLs on the web site. The past 250 runs have generated errors. So I create a performance report, selecting siteA, Detail, Graphs, Scatter Plot, Transaction Load Analysis, Fullpage Time Distribution, Status Summary, yesturday, location=Atlanta, data filters=off, go When I look at the html report it shows every data point is red, meaning there was an error of some sort. I click on a data point, then I click on the waterfall icon, it usually shows, in red, an asset that had an error. I would like to get a list of all of those red URLs from every waterfall graph for every data point of the report. Is there a way to do that? If not I would have to click in each data point, then go into each waterfall graph, cut & paste the URL into a doc to get my list. I am doing this to see if a service provider is falling down while delivering what they are supposed to be delivering.1.3KViews0likes0CommentsRe: How to list all errors from all data points of a performance report
Scott Jeffries, from SmartBear Alertsite Customer Care, answered my question, the text of which is below. Thanks Scott. Joe The Report Engine in the console allows you to filter for errors only, but this will not help highlight the URLs that caused the error in each case. For this kind of granularity you will need to use the Report API and pull the data into your own application to filter for the data you seek. Sorry for the inconvenience. Thanks for the response SJeffries. I appreciate it. Joe8 years agoPlace AlertSite QuestionsAlertSite Questions2.8KViews0likes0CommentsWhat causes relative start time to go up?
I have a script/device that simply hits 1 web page. The relative response time has gone up significantly starting on Aug 4th. We did push code changes on that day and I am trying to figure out what is the cause, specifically, of the increased DL times. I noticed the relative start times of the assets has increased significantly. What causes relative start times to increase for assets of a page? Thanks in advance. I was shown by SmartBear's support how to create the reports to be emailed to me daily, kind of. You cannot schedule a report to be mailed daily with the data from the past 3 weeks. Here is how to schedule reports to be emailed to you if you are still looking to do this To set up daily scheduled reports, please log in to the portal and click on 'Reports'. - Select 'multiple Sites/Devices' and check the 'Scheduled Summary' check box at the 'Multi-Site Reports' selection - The 'Date Range' you select choses the 'daily, weekly or monthly' cycle. For example if you select 'Yesterday, or Last 2 days or the Last 3 days', it will be a 'daily' scheduled report. But if you select 'Last month', it will be a monthly scheduled report - Click on 'Create Report' and the 'Report Scheduler' window will pop up - Select your 'Report Format', 'Email Method', name your new scheduled report, add your email recipients and click on save10 years agoPlace AlertSite QuestionsAlertSite Questions5.5KViews1like3CommentsHow to schedule reports to be emailed
Hello, We use DejaClick. I have set up 5 transaction scripts that go off hourly. I would like to have reports emailed to me daily for each one of these transactions. Specifically I would like to see a graph of the past 3-4 weeks for each of them emailed to me, 5 total. Can someone please let me know how to schedule a report to be emailed to me daily. Thanks in advance! JoeSolved10 years agoPlace AlertSite QuestionsAlertSite Questions5.8KViews0likes4Comments
