Testcomplete is not identifying the objects when URL starts with "Https"
Hi, we are using testcomplete 8.5 and the application is developed in silverlight and dotnet. We perform Functional and UI automation. when the URL is accessed using http only , automation works fine. but when we use the url with https, it stops identifying the objects and display attached errors. It asks to execute tcagpatcher utility.( We have testcomplete 8.5 version) Do we need additional patch to work with silverlight with https url? Hi Team, I am using test complete 8.5 with IE8.0 I want to import one file using windows dialogue box, you can check in attached Img3.JPG However to identify that dialog box, Test complete is creating One more IE process at runtime and adds this dialogue box into Process(IE2) instead of Process (iexplore) you can check that in screen shot Img1.JPG and Img2.JPG Due to this behavior the File object is not getting identified at run time and the script fails. Hi, My appication is based on silverlight objects. For automation I run tcagpatcher command. Sometimes , after executing the tcagpatcher command, When I access appication page , It shows me blank screen instead of home page. what exactly this issue is I am not getting.
