The problem was, that I copied company name exactly from AutomatedQA Client Services Portal and I suppose that if the name is too long then last word isn't displayed... Your post convinced me that there must be something wrong i that name so I tried to add "Ltd" to company name and it works... Before that I was sure that company name displayed in Client Services Portal is the only accepted during registration. I know that there is Licensing Guide here (http://www.automatedqa.com/support/viewarticle.aspx?aid=14433), but I think that it applies to TestComplete v8 rather than v7. I sent deactivation request about 1.5 week ago, but there's no answer. Can somebody tell me what should I do now? I'm really confused about support for older versions of TestComplete.
