Re: Test Complete somtimes uses 30 - 60 sec. to perform one action
Hi, i now get the same behavior, too. Sometimes i get this probelm, Tests which normally finished in 2min now needs a lot of more times. Every step takes more then 30sec, which is not normal. After closing TestComplete and restarting TestComplete, the tests runs normal again and every step takes only some milliseconds. This is a strange behavior. regards, Quan990Views0likes0Comments"new" operator in jscript
hi experts, i have the following code which our developers has written in C++. i have to mention that Grips.Ipc is our dll written in .NET. private void DDE_Server_Click() { editorServer = new Grips.Ipc.Server(IpcReceiverType.Editor); editorServer.IpcReceived += new IpcReceivedEventHandler(editorServer_IpcReceived); } private void editorServer_IpcReceived(object sender, IpcReceivedEventArgs e) { .... } now i have to write this code in testcomplete in jscript. i already have access to our grips.ipc.dll via clr bridge and can see all the methods in it. important for me is how can i create object reference, something like this in jscript: editorServer = new Grips.Ipc.Server(IpcReceiverType.Editor); editorServer.IpcReceived += new IpcReceivedEventHandler(editorServer_IpcReceived); if i write the same in jscript it always gives me an error(object doesnt support this property or method) at "new" operator. any help needed! thanks a lot Quan18KViews0likes1CommentScript Extensions Runtime Object

hello experts, we have an mfc application which uses some ProfUIS controls like menubars, dockbars and so on. the problem is, i can not use methods like ClickItem oder SelectItem for those menubars. i can only use clicking by x-y-coordinates. we already compiled our application as opened but it does not work. is there any other solution to get access to ProfUIS controls. It would be great if there are some other solution because our application uses a lot of ProfUIS controls. thanks in advance, Quan13KViews0likes3Comments
