ContributionsMost RecentMost LikesSolutionsReview comment search I see there are many ways to search the review database for locating reviews based on title fields, etc. What I am looking for is a way to search for reviews based on comment/bug text. We may have multiple reviews from multiple product components and want to locate all information related to a design feature that impacts multiple design outputs. Add automatic license release based solely on inactivity Hello, I would like to see license recovery (automated release) based solely on inactivity. Specifically without regard to what tabs are open or anything else. We have staff that multi-task and it's easy to sit on a license. Then we end up spamming emails to notify staff to log out. This is silly. With some customer defined threshold (maybe 4 hours) we can assume the user is MIA and recover the license. This seems like a standard feature in other shared license tools like this. Was surprised this wasn't already implemented. Re: Session timeout Yes! Is this fixed delay intended to generate higher license needs (more denials) for the customer? Commit list is empty for 9.4 client GUI and validated Git repo Hi, I am unable to find any commits listed when attempting to upload a commit from a local (Win10 laptop) Git repo that validates successfully with my 9.4 client GUI. Not sure what else I can do to debug the issue. Is there a risk using a recent version of Git to create the repo with such an old version of the client GUI? I understand that upgrading the revision of the server and client GUI is a likely solution, working that with IT. However, I am looking for methods to debug the issue with the current revision I have available. Any advise is welcome, thanks. -Cory Re: Provide facility to organize review materials We have reviews that include development plans (word docs) and requirement specs (pdfs) and compilation/elaboration/etc. log files. Some sort of hierarchy needs to be supported in the review materials section. It's hard to look through 300 files and make sense of the natural hierarchy that exists but is not represented. javascript issues when navigating PDF I am experiencing weird "javascript;" popups in the lower corners when hovering over the "next page" button in PDF reviews (version 11.1.11101) using Chrome Version 67.0.3396.62 (Official Build) (64-bit) How can I place my Collaborator 9 user configuration under version control? I need to control my Collaborator 9 configuration for review templates, checklist templates, etc. My preference is to version control the configuraiton files(?) if this is possible/practical. This approach is practical with other development automation tools like Jenkins, where all the user configuration is stored in a single directory tree (using specific file naming conventions) and can easily be monitored for changes and verison controlled with minimal effort. I am hoping this is possible for the Collaborator 9 configuration. We are using Collaborator 9 specifically to produce auditable review evidence. Since Collaborator itself is implementing part of our controlled review flow, Collaborator configuration needs to be under some kind of control. Thanks, Cory
