Deploying multiple loadUI agents at once
I'm currently planning to perform some load testing of our product soon, and was wondering if there is a recommended method for deploying multiple (as in over 10) loadUI agents at once. My preference would be to use Chef (http://www.opscode.com/chef/) or Puppet (http://puppetlabs.com/). Of course, home grown scripts running over ssh would do, but probably require more maintenance man hours. Before I get started, I wanted to reach out on this board to see if anyone has any experiences or pointers they would like to share. For anyone that comes across this... I moved from Windows 7 to OSX Mountain Lion and when running all of the pre-existing tests in OSX, I was no longer seeing the Request Body in the Raw tab. I was able to quickly get it working by doing what is described in this link: viewtopic.php?t=5440 In a nutshell, you have to go into Preferences-->Editor Settings and check "Vaidate Requests" and "Validate Responses". After doing this, I started seeing the Request Body in the Raw tab.12 years agoPlace ReadyAPI QuestionsReadyAPI Questions17KViews1like1CommentRe: RAW request empty, but HTTP log contains the request message

Hello, I'm planning to purchase a copy of soapUI 4.5, however I'm not able to purchase loadUI 2.0 Pro at this time (even though I wish I could). I'm hoping that any tests made with a "Pro" version will work with an "OpenSource" version. loadUI 2.0 / soapUI Pro 4.5 Pro and while I'm asking, I might as well find out this too Will loadUI 1.5 agents work with loadUI 2.0 host? I have some values that I need to read that are only returned from my HTTP Request in Javascript is enabled. However, I believe this is only going to be possible if the JXBrowser is available. The problem I have here is that I can only get soapUI to come up at all if I disable the JXBrowser in the startup script (plenty of threads on this). I'm sing Windows 64-bit and Ubuntu. Is there ANY way around this so that I can move forward? If there is a workaround we're willing to buy multiple licenses. Thanks -Stephen1.2KViews0likes0Comments
