They just posted on their status page Zephyr Scale Status (statuspage.io) and notify us that they are deploying a fix. Re: Is Zephyr Scale Down? Their support contacted me about providing the HAR file from the browser and asking all sort of generic questions like "if it's happening to other users etc". I've tested it on 2 different instances, both incognito and normal on 2 different browsers. I mean.. c'mon.. Is Zephyr Scale Down? Hi all! I'm receiving a blank screen when I try to navigate to zephyr scale. Zephyr status , as well as Jira's status show now incidents. I've already opened a support request, but I was wondering if someone else is currently experiencing such issue. Thanx! Alex SolvedThe "Zephyr Teststep" custom field is not supported via migration Hi! I want to migrate Zephyr Squad from server to cloud. I know that Zephyr is JCMA supported (https://support.smartbear.com/zephyr-squad-server/docs/get-started/cloud-migration-guide/via-jcma.html). However, when I try to test the migration and I download the report I get an error like the one I mention on the subject for all issues that has a test associated with it. That test (or tests) have specific steps. And these steps are stored as CF in the jira server. I know that the specific CF is a CF created by Zephyr and it's not supported on the cloud. So my question is what happens when I'll migrate the data to cloud? Am I going to lose all data from the steps? The complete message I'm getting on the xlsx report is "The "Zephyr Teststep" custom field is not supported via migration. The value for this issue will not be migrated." Re: Incorporate a Zephyr Execution to a issue type workflow Thanx for your reply josh42 , But unfortunately I'm talking about cloud 😕 Our client has only JWT app and not scriptrunner. Incorporate a Zephyr Execution to a issue type workflow Hi community! I'm new to Zephyr and I've got a question. I've been searching through the internet, on the atlassian community, as well as your community, but either I couldn't find any results, or I wasn't asking the proper question. So my question is rather simple and possibly someone might have already ask it: Is there a way to add a workflow condition or validator or post function that relates to a Zephyr test/execution/cycle/plan? E.g. The issue (not the Zephyr test/execution) can't be transition to a next status, if a specific test/execution/cycle hasn't take place, or finished, or have a "pass" mark. Or, if a user do "this" action then add a post function to create a test on a specific issue. Thanx in advance! Alex Incorporate a Zephyr Execution to a issue type workflow Hi community!
