I was able to get a response from customer service engineer with details. It removed the pop-up screen. I was advised a ticket is in place for developmental enhancement [RIA-18663] on this issue. A workaround is to remove 2 sets of 2 files each. By doing so, it will not display the message and the product feature is disabled as expected. <loadui.dat> and <loadui.key> files from the ".loadui" folder in the "C:\Users\%username%\" directory. <sevicev.dat> and <sevicev.key> files from the ".readyapi" folder in the "C:\Users\%username%\" directory.3 years agoPlace ReadyAPI QuestionsReadyAPI Questions984Views1like1CommentReadyAPI randomly freezes instantly when you click on SEND button.
Sometimes ReadyAPI works, but other times it will immediately freeze upon clicking SEND button. This has been happening in the past 3 months, and I have been download newer version with hopes that it will be fixed. I don't know what causes this instant freeze, which means I have to do Ctrl-Alt-Delete and delete ReadyAPI processes, wait for a bit and start again. I loose all my changes. Sometimes I don't want to save to keep a stable copy before my testing is stable and only then I save. While I will see slight changes in CPU by Chromium and Ready API when the application is completely frozen, so it seems it's doing something.Solved1.2KViews0likes1Comment
